  Steve came recommended to me firstly by my Shooting Club and then by a good friend who was already happy with Steve's service and the supplied product.
  
  I booked the appointment easily with Steve direct, had the consultation where everything was professional and transparent. Even to the point where your ears are photographed so that you can see the issues as Steve is explaining them [and you get to keep a copy!].
  
  The ear plugs came through in the time frame given and Steve finished it off by booking me in to check the fitment.
